    I had one of the worst experieces in my life today, i've been a Bank of america customer 10 years and this makes me want to close my account with them. I had a horrible time because they didn't to cash my check. My boss left the name blank so that i can choose to deposit either in my personal or my bussiness account so when i inocently added my name they said they were unable to cash it . When i explained my situation on why i really needed the cash the teller went and called the manager. I explained my situation to her aswell but she denied to cash my check telling me without the smallest amount of empathy. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. Then she rudely said "if you dont like it you can file a report stating you are not satisfied with our services, i said sure. She then asked me for my debit card went to her desk and supposedly made the complaint. While she was "typing" the complaint her manager Diana Rodriguez came to speak to me. I was honestly very upset by now and told her everything i felt, how we the guest have to wait so long in the lines, how they dont care about our needs and so on. As i was about to go i asked for a copy of the complaint but it turned out they couldnt find it. "Because it was never made", so she asked me for my debit card again because they need to access my account. i told her NO. So thats when they started getting nervous and running all over the place looking for my information so that they can quickly make a report and act like that was the one. So when i exposed them on that infront of everyone they acused me of handing them another person's Debit Card name Rodrigo. Thats when i got really upset and asked her how she had the guts of acusing me of such thing when she very well knew what had happend. Well they had the audacity to call the police on me. WOW , 15 minutes later i decided to give her my account number so that she can make the complaint. When she handed me the paper it didnt even state was she wrote because it was "internal". When i asked for the manager who "assisted" me first, Diana said that she coulnt give me her name so when she saw me writing down her own name from her name tag she then decided to give me her first name anabel but not her last. I honestly think they dont turn in the complaint they get because otherwise the staff in that place would be completly different. This is a huge inconvenience to me because i know feel like i cant go back into that place. I wish this had never happended. Hopefully you dont come across the manager named Diana or anabel. She shows no empathy, no willingness to help. I also think they overwork their tellers. They have HUGE lines nonstop for hours and the manager gather to conversate and laugh. Never making the effort to get behind the desk and assist people as if they are too good for that.
