- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I walked into this bank today to withdraw funds via teller and was met with poor service. The teller prolonged me being at the counter by clicking around on the computer after I input my pin. She then requested my ID and called over her manager. I inquired if there was a problem she responded no she just needs an override. After standing there for an additional 10 minutes and a line forming behind me. The manager prints out my statement to tell me that I do not have the available funds. I left feeling like they purposely tried to embarrass me. Right after I was able to withdraw more than what I supposedly had in the account. Disappointed in the service. I have NEVER experienced this treatment at a Chase.By Lindsay Buddle, June 03, 2017
